well as far as i can tell, things should be working just fine now on the website. i've fixed the problems with commenting and i've done some things that should speed the site up a bit.

now the philharmonic can get back to the thing he does best -- singing and harmonizing and entertaining and innovating.

well i kinda just threw this thing together in a matter of a few evenings, so there are still some kinks in the website that need to be worked out.

one major one is commenting on songs (and maybe blog posts). any comments you submit are saved, but because of some caching that i've tried to implement to speed the site up, they may not show up. that's my fault and i'm working on fixing that. other than that, i think things should be working okay. if you run into something that doesn't seem to work like you expect it to or if there's a broken link somewhere, just send me an email at the address listed in blue and the bottom of the page. alternatively, you can just comment on this post. your choice.

well, it's finally here! the official site of the philharmonic is finally online. it took a little more time than originally intended, but phil burrows (a great friend and supporter of the band) has finally finished the philharmonic website. after having some trouble getting the shiny ruby to play nice and run smoothly down its rails all while eating a small orange, the tubes that make up the internet finally decided to allow this little site to be flushed onto the information super-highway.

so enjoy. have a poke around if you will (and i hope you will). look at the pics, browse the blog (although there's not much there quite yet), and do not ever forget to listen to the music
